(a) Beginning one (1) minute before the first round begins, only the referee, participants, and the chief second may be in the ring. The referee shall clear the ring of all other individuals.

(b) Once a contest has begun, only referees, participants, second, judges, physicians, and the announcer and announcer's assistants, inspectors, or the Commission shall be allowed in the ring.

(c) The referee and/or Commission may order that the ring and technical area be cleared at any time, either before, during or after a contest, of any individual not authorized to be present in those areas.

(d) The referee may stop a bout at any time if individuals refuse to clear the ring and technical area, dispute a decision by an official, or seek to encourage spectators to object to a decision either verbally, physically, or by engaging in disruptive conduct. If the individual involved in disruptive conduct or encouraging disruptive conduct is the second of a participant, the referee may order points deducted from that participant's score or disqualify the participant. If the conduct occurred after the decision was announced, the Commission may change the decision, declare no contest, or take disciplinary action pursuant to the rules of this chapter, including immediate suspension of the participant's or official's license pending a hearing, and immediate expulsion from the event.
