Section 92:10-3-2 - The Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 and the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act

(a) The Commission hereby adopts by reference the current rules and guidelines adopted by the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC) for issuance of identification cards, suspension of licenses, and reporting event results required by the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 and the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act. Any amendment to the rules and guidelines of the ABC in the above stated areas shall be deemed adopted by the Commission by reference, unless the Commission takes affirmative action to the contrary within sixty (60) after notification thereof.

(b) The OSAC Shall be a member in good standing of The Association of Boxing Commissions. The OSAC shall use ABC prescribed data bases for reporting purposes.
