Section 810:25-1-3 - Proceedings related to permit actions

(a) The Permitting Services Division may revoke a Certificate of Noncoverage (Subchapter 5 of this Chapter), or refuse to issue or renew, or revoke a permit for Individual Own Risk Employer (Subchapter 9 of this Chapter), Group Self-Insurance Association (Subchapter 11 of this Chapter) or Third-Party Administrator (Subchapter 13 of this Chapter) as provided in this Chapter.

(b) An applicant or permit holder may seek review of a decision rendered by the Permitting Services Division by filing with the Commission a request for hearing within ten (10) days of the date the decision was mailed to the applicant or permit holder. Proceedings related to permit actions shall be governed by this Section and the contested hearings rules set forth in Subchapter 5 of Chapter 10 of this Title.
