The purpose of this Subchapter is to establish guidelines and procedures to help administer a walk-in access program in the state of Oklahoma and to compensate private landowners for a lease that allows public walk-in access for hunting, fishing, and/or wildlife viewing. This rule also establishes some of the basic responsibilities of the landowner, the Department, and the OLAP sports person.
