Section 800:25-37-10 - Reporting procedures

All SCGP agents exercising the privileges granted by this subchapter and part must keep records of all activities carried out under the authority of this permit. SCGP agents must submit to the ODWC within seven working days a detailed account of any and all activities carried out under the ODWC's SCGP as outlined on reporting forms available from the ODWC.
