(a) All retriever field trials, dates, bird species and number, locations, maps, etc., may be included in the original application for permit. Addition of retriever field trials not scheduled in original application will be subject to all rules, etc., as if no other permit had been issued or applied for. Requests for additional trials must utilize forms issued by the Department and must be postmarked no later than thirty days prior to the beginning of the proposal field trial.

(b) An officer or member of the sponsoring organization or club must be present on the immediate premises where the "taking" of birds occurs. He must have on his person a proper and valid retriever field trial permit and must produce same for examination upon request of any representative of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
