The following is the application process and cost for a Shoot- to-Kill Field Trial Permit:
(1) The fee for annual organization field trial permits shall be Five Dollars ($5.00).
(2) Applications for permits must be submitted to the Department no later than thirty (30) days prior to the earliest proposed field trial.
(3) All applications must be made as indicated on forms supplied by the Department.
(4) Permits will be issued for a period of one year and will be valid from the date of issuance until December 31.
