Section 800:25-1-6 - Waterfowl hunting on Foss State Park

(a) Dates. Waterfowl hunting on Foss State Park is open during waterfowl seasons occurring between September 1 and through the end of waterfowl hunting season.
(b) Open areas. Areas open to hunting are to be determined annually and published in annual hunting season brochures.

1This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency amendatory action, the last prior permanent text is reinstated. Therefore, on 7-15-96 (after the 7-14-96 expiration of the emergency action), the text of Section 800:25-1-6 reverted back to the permanent text that became effective 6-13-91, and remained as such until amended by permanent action on 8-26-96.
