1On 2-16-06, this Section 800:20-2-2 was held void and invalid by the Mayes County District Court. [See Spring Creek Conservation Coalition v. Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission, District Court for Mayes County, Oklahoma, Case No. CNM 05-73, 2-16-06] The District Court's order voiding the rule was affirmed by the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals on 12-15-06. [See Spring Creek Conservation Coalition v. Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission, 2007, OK CIV APP 26, 156 P.3d 55]
