(a) Harvest tagging of fish. All fish species subject to harvest tagging, when caught and held in possession must be plainly labeled (tagged) immediately with the angler's customer identification number (as issued by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation), and/or until December 31, 2024 tags may be labeled with a name and address. Each person must keep their own tagged fish (or its parts) distinctly separate from other tagged fish (or their parts). Tagged fish and their parts must remain tagged until the individual in possession has reached their final destination.

(b) Harvest reporting of fish. All fish species subject to harvest reporting must be reported by the harvesting angler to the Department within 24 hours of harvest. Instructions for reporting harvest will be provided in the Oklahoma Fishing and Hunting Regulations and on the Department website.
