Section 800:1-15-5 - Revocation of Hunter Education Certification

Hunter Education Certification may be revoked for non-compliance with program requirement if an instructor falsifies program records and/or documents.

(1) Prior to revoking an individual's Hunter Education Certification, the Department shall notify the holder by certified mail and provide an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act.

(2) The notice shall give the holder fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Notice to request a hearing. If a hearing is not requested, the Department may revoke the individual's Hunter Education Certificate.

(3) If the Hunter Education Certification is revoked, the Game Warden in the holder's county of residence shall be responsible for obtaining the invalid student card and submitting the card to the program coordinator.
