Section 800:1-13-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe rules and procedures for sale of hunting/fishing licenses, license dealer bonding, operation provisions, termination of dealership, opportunity for hearing pursuant to 29 O.S., Section 4-203. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
