Section 752:11-7-10 - Construction requirements; reviews and permits

(a) The Authority facilities shall be constructed, renovated, or improved in such a manner as to provide reasonable safety from fire, smoke, panic, and related hazards and to ensure a high level of health, comfort, and well-being for all occupants.

(b) Building construction, renovation, and improvement will require formal code review and a building permit.

(c) Plans and specifications for the Authority projects shall be reviewed and approved by the AHJ, who shall issue a permit upon approval.

(d) No project shall be awarded until such prescribed reviews are concluded and a building permit is issued.
