The IFGC® 2018 as amended and revised by these rules, is hereby established and adopted as the statewide minimum code for commercial fuel gas construction in Oklahoma pursuant to 59 O.S. § 1000.23, and may only be amended or altered by other jurisdictions pursuant to Oklahoma law and the administrative rules of the OUBCC as set forth in Title 748, Chapter 15 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code.
