Effective July 1, 1999, "all administrative rules promulgated by the Tax Commission [at OAC 710:80] pursuant to the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act [were] transferred to [this Chapter] and [became] a part of the administrative rules of the State Treasurer" [Laws 1999, c. 10, § 1(D)].
