Chapter 10 - Prequalification to Bid, Suspension and Debarment of Contractors, Affiliates and Others
Section 731:10-1-1 - Purpose

The provisions of this Chapter have been adopted for the purpose of compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act, 75 O.S. § 250.1 et seq., and the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act, 61 O.S. § 118(B), in order to provide for the safety and welfare of the traveling public using the Oklahoma turnpike system by making provision for the prequalification to bid and for the suspension or debarment of contractors, affiliates of contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers or any director, officer, agent or employee of any such entity from bidding or participating in public construction contracts awarded by the Authority.
