Section 725:20-11-3.2 - Application of discounts and waivers

(a) All organizations, companies, individuals and other entities shall pay for promotional items created, manufactured or distributed by the Division.
(b) Every person shall be charged the same fee for promotional items except:
(1) Fees may be waived or discounted for
organizations, companies, individuals and other entities involved in
promotional efforts of the Division.
(2) The Director may authorize discounts for
volume purchases or when the promotional effort is deemed in the best interest
of the Division of Department.
(3)
The Director may waive any fees or charges when promotional effort is deemed in
the best interest of the Division or Department.
