Section 725:15-25-3 - Guidelines of issuing gift cards

(a) Gift cards may be issued for any dollar amount and full payment of the face value of the cards must be made at time of purchase.
(b) Gift cards may be issued for promotional purposes as approved by Director of State Parks.
