Section 670:15-15-4 - Warning letter

When any person's driving record totals five (5) or six (6) points, Service Oklahoma may mail a warning letter to the person advising of his point accumulation. Failure of any person to receive such letter shall not prevent future Service Oklahoma action on such person's privilege to drive. If the person is a minor, Service Oklahoma may send a similar letter to the minor's parents or guardian for their information.
