The rules in this Chapter establish procedures and standards for filing and publishing rules, rulemaking notices, Governor's declarations, and executive orders in The Oklahoma Register and The Oklahoma Administrative Code as authorized under the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, 75 O.S., Sections 250 et seq.
