Section 655:1-1-14 - Invoicing and accounts receivable

(a) The Secretary of State's Office will may issue invoices for subscriptions to The Oklahoma Register and the Oklahoma Administrative Code and Supplement, sales of electronic databases maintained by the Secretary of State's Office, sales of lists of entities filing or registered with the Secretary of State's Office, confirmations of the existence of any effective financing statement, and other products as determined by the Secretary of State or his or her designee. Except for those products listed in subsection (c), such products shall not be delivered to the purchaser until payment of the invoice is received, unless otherwise provided.

(b) Invoices for the notary list, the charter list, and confirmations of the existence of any effective financing statements are due upon receipt of the invoice.

(c) The Secretary of State and his or her designee may authorize exceptions to this rule.
