The rules of this Chapter outline the requirements and procedures necessary for a school district to request authorization to participate in a bond issue proposed by a public trust where the bond proceeds will be used to purchase non-payable warrants. [60 O.S. Supp.1989, § 177.2 (B) (2)] The rules outline general requirements for requests, specific information for applications, and timelines.
