Section 612:20-1-2 - Definitions

The following words or terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"IEP" means and Individualized Education Program as required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

"LEA" means a Local Education Agency.

"OSB" means the Oklahoma School for the Blind (Parkview School) located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

"OSD" means the Oklahoma School for the Deaf located in Sulpher, Oklahoma.

"RESC" means a Regional Education Service Center.

"RPSP" means the Regional Preschool Satellite Program.
