(a) The data and document standards and guidelines promulgated by PRIA Version 2 as follows and found at www.pria.us (date of search November 10, 2009) are hereby adopted by the Commission pursuant to the authority of Section 86.5(a) and (b) ( 2) of Title 16 of the Oklahoma Statutes:
