Section 565:10-21-1 - School review

The OBPVS shall have the authority(ies) to investigate, appraise, and evaluate an Applicant or licensed private school located in the state of Oklahoma or another state. The investigation, appraisal, and evaluation shall be for the purpose of determining whether the private school is maintained and operated, or in the event of a new private school, whether the new private school can be reasonably maintained and operated in compliance with the provisions of 70 O.S. § 21-101 et seq. and 565:10 . Evaluation may include, but not be limited to, request of additional information, paperwork reviews, or an on-site visit or inspection during operating hours of the Applicant or school.
