Chapter 55 - Pseudoephedrine Control
Section 475:55-1-7 - Lawful possession of Schedule V pseudoephedrine

(a) The following persons are allowed to lawfully possess Schedule V pseudoephedrine while in the course of legitimate business:
(1) Any Schedule V
pseudoephedrine-only limited pharmaceutical distributor, or its agents,
licensed by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs
Control;
(2) Any wholesale drug
distributor, or its agents, licensed by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and
Dangerous Drugs Control;
(3) Any
manufacturer of controlled drugs, or its agents, licensed by the Oklahoma
Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control;
(4) A pharmacy licensed by the Oklahoma State
Board of Pharmacy; and
(5) A
physician, certified registered nurse anesthetist, advance practice nurse,
physician's assistant, or other person, registered with the Oklahoma Bureau of
Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
(b) These individuals will be required to guard against the diversion of controlled drugs and are subject to the rules and regulations pertaining to registrants handling, reporting, dispensing controlled dangerous drugs, and submission to inspections by peace officers as set forth in 63 O.S. and OAC 475.
