Section 475:35-1-4 - Procedure for disposing of controlled dangerous substances

Any registrant in possession of any controlled dangerous substances and desiring or required to dispose of such substances shall do so according to the provisions of Title 63 Okl.St.Ann. § 2-315 and Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 1317, except Schedule I medical marijuana shall be disposed pursuant to standards set forth in 63 Okla.St.Ann. § 429.
