All applications for Off Premise Display and Sales Permits issued pursuant to 47 O.S. Supp. 2005, Section 564.1 (as amended) and Section 596.3, shall be submitted on forms to be furnished by the Commission and must be received by the Commission at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of the off premise display or sale.
