Section 460:25-13-17 - Blasting plan

(a) Each permitted blasting operation shall be conducted pursuant to a blasting plan and the blasting plan shall include at a minimum the following information;
(1) Types and appropriate amounts of
explosives to be used for the type of blasting operation to be
conducted;
(2) Description of
procedures and plans for recording and retention of information during
blasting; and
(3) Description of
blasting warnings and site access control equipment and procedures.
(b) The blasting plan shall be submitted to the Department at least seven days before the blast or 48 hours after the blast in emergency situations.
