Section 460:20-31-12 - Underground development waste

Each plan shall contain descriptions, including appropriate maps and cross-Section drawings of the proposed disposal methods and sites for placing underground development waste and excess spoil generated at surface areas affected by surface operations and facilities, according to Sections 460:20-45-24 through 460:20-45-27 of this Chapter. Each plan shall describe the geotechnical investigation, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal, if appropriate, of the structures and be prepared according to Section 460:20-27-19 of this Chapter.
