(a) The following violations of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be cause for mandatory revocation:
(1) 3A - 406A(1)
(2) 3A - 406A(2)
(3) 3A - 406B
(4) 3A - 406C
(5) 3A - 407A(1)
(6) 3A - 407A(2)
(7) 3A - 407A(3)
(8) 3A - 407B(3)
(9) 3A - 426
(b) All other violations of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be subject to a maximum penalty of:
(1) A thirty (30) day license suspension and
a $3,000.00 fine for the first violation;
(2) A sixty (60) day license suspension and a
$6,000.00 fine for a second violation;
(3) A ninety (90) day license suspension and
a $9,000.00 fine for a third violation; and
(4) Revocation of license for a fourth
violation.
