Section 432:1-5-5 - Right to counsel

Any party affected by an individual proceeding of the Commission shall have the right to appear in person, or through a representative, designated in writing duly signed by the board of directors, partners, general partner or other governing party, and/or by counsel; provided, however, that such counsel representing the party must be duly licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and may be present during the giving of evidence, may have a reasonable opportunity to examine and inspect all documentary evidence, may examine witnesses and may present evidence in his client's behalf.
