Section 432:1-5-4 - Authority to subpoena witnesses

The Commission or its designated hearing examiner shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and administer oaths or to subpoena documentary evidence in any cause before it. All subpoenas shall be served in like manner as if issued from the District Court. Any person who is a party to hearing before the Commission shall have the right to have subpoenas issued for witnesses or to compel the production of documents.
