Section 422:1-1-3 - Organization

(a) The Commission shall be organized in accordance with Section 420.23 of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The powers and duties of the Commission shall be as set forth in 52 O.S., Section 420.24. Membership in the Commission shall be determined in accordance with 52 O.S., Section 420.23
(b) The Commission may appoint a Director to carry out the provisions of the Act. The Director shall not be an appointed Commission Member.
