Section 390:50-1-4 - Reporting requirements

(a) Every court in the state shall submit a written report as set forth in 20 O. S., §1313.2.
(1) Each report shall be
accompanied by the required fee established in 20 O. S., §1313.2 et
seq.
(2) A report of no activity must
be made if fees were not collected for the reporting period.
(b) Payments should be made to CLEET and mailed to: CLEET, 2401 Egypt Road, Ada, Oklahoma 74820-0669.
(c) Cities and towns may be required periodically to verify by survey whether they have established law enforcement activity.
