Section 390:35-9-7 - Reinstatement of License

(a) A Security or Investigator license that has been revoked may not be reinstated.
(b) If a Security or Investigator license has been suspended, the Licensee may apply for reinstatement after the term of suspension has passed.
(1) The applicant for
reinstatement must show that all other qualifications for licensing have been
met.
(2) An application for
reinstatement must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee in the amount set in
Appendix 'D'.
