The Board of Juvenile Affairs, pursuant to 10A O.S. § 2-7-101 (F)(2), shall be the rulemaking body for OJA. OJA shall follow the rulemaking requirements pursuant to the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act (APA), Title 75 O.S. § 250 et seq.
