Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent the Council from investigating any judicial misconduct on its own initiative.

On 7-29-98, an emergency rule called "Investigation" was added at this number (376:10-1-5). The emergency rule was later superseded by a permanent rule numbered as 376:10-1-6, effective 6-25-99.
