Section 375:8-15-1 - District Attorney reports to the OSBI

Reports and supplemental reports of charges and dispositions provided by District Attorneys or other contributing agencies for the purpose of updating criminal history records shall be retained for one (1) year after the entry of the information into the criminal history record database of the OSBI then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
