Section 375:25-3-23 - Licensees who refuse to give testimony

(a) A refusal on the part of any licensee under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act to answer questions under oath, when requested by the hearing examiner, shall constitute grounds upon which to immediately suspend or revoke any license issued to such person.

(b) This rule shall in no way limit or modify the authority of the District Court in any proceeding for contempt where any such licensee has refused to answer any questions propounded to him or her by the hearing examiner.
