Section 375:25-3-13 - Witnesses and penalty for false statements

The hearing examiner may require the parties to indicate the persons they expect to call as witnesses. The testimony of witnesses shall be made under oath or affirmation, and the making of false statements may subject a witness to penalties of perjury. Parties and witnesses shall appear at the appointed time and place of the hearing and shall be present in the hearing chamber where they shall remain unless and until the rule of sequestration is invoked.
