The purpose of the rules of this Chapter is to outline and clarify the procedures to be followed by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation when leasing weapons or vehicles to State and local law enforcement agencies for use in the enforcement of the provisions of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act.
