Chapter 15 - Oklahoma Reward System
Section 375:15-1-5 - Ineligible recipients

(a) District attorneys, employees of district attorneys, employees of law enforcement agencies, bail bondsmen, employees of bail bond companies, or any of the immediate family of the aforementioned groups shall be prohibited from receiving a reward from the fund.

(b) Persons who were in any of the categories listed in (a) of this section during any part of the investigation but who no longer hold that status are also not eligible for a reward.

(c) Persons who received their information from a person in any category listed in (a) or (b) of this section are also not eligible.
