On 6-30-05, a rule called "Basic disclosure plan for Medicare beneficiaries" was added by emergency rulemaking at this number (360:10-3-30), creating a duplication in numbering. On 1-1-07, the emergency rule will be superseded by a permanent rule that was promulgated in 2006 at a different number, 360:10-3-33.
