Section 340:75-11-275 - Substance use or abuse treatment services

(a) Each substance use or abuse treatment services provider serves a specially defined target population of children both in the custody of Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) and those not in the custody of DHS.
(1) Children served:
(A) are 13 years of age through 17 years of
age;
(B) vary by gender and
behaviors exhibited;
(C) require
24-hour awake supervision; and
(D)
are voluntarily placed and must follow the 90 - calendar day substance use or
abuse treatment program.
(2) Services include:
(A) substance use or abuse
treatment;
(B) counseling by a
licensed, behavioral health professional;
(C) a completed Addiction Severity Index
(ASI); and
(D) an evaluation on
each youth.
(b) The substance use or abuse treatment services provider must comply with:
(1) children's rights per Oklahoma
Administrative Code (OAC)
340:75-11-237;
(2) all general requirements per OAC
340:75-11-240;
and
(3) other requirements in the
DHS contract.
