The Child Welfare Comprehensive Training Program (CWCTP) is a system that provides in-service training to Child Welfare (CW) specialists through standardized competency-based curricula. This system is designed to provide basic and specialized child welfare knowledge and skills and is one of several sources ofjob-related training. In addition, the system provides basic skills related to computerized information management necessary to support casework activities.
