Section 340:2-28-50 - Effect of administrative order

If an administrative order of the Office of Administrative Hearings: Child Support, is not appealed under OAC 340:2-28-55, the administrative order is final unless stayed by the district court pending appeal. An administrative order is docketed with the district court in the county of residence of the custodian of the child. If neither the custodian or the child reside in Oklahoma, the administrative order must be docketed with the district court in the county of residence of the noncustodial parent. [56 O.S. § 237.10 ] The order must be enforced in the same manner as an order of the district court.
