Part 1 - REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD-PLACING AGENCIES
Section 340:110-5-9 - Executive director qualifications

(a) The executive director or administrator has a:
(1) bachelor's degree, knowledge in personnel
management, and 36 months children's services experience; or
(2) master's degree, knowledge in personnel
management, and 24 months children's services experience; or
(3) doctorate degree , knowledge in personnel
management, and 12 months children's services experience.
(b) When the executive director:
(1) operates primarily as an administrator
and is not directly involved in child-placing activities, there is a child
placement supervisor; or
(2)
places children, he or she meets the child placement supervisor requirements.
