Section 325:80-7-5 - Requirements for a Recipient Racetrack Gaming License

Applicants for a Recipient Racetrack Gaming License must submit an application to the Commission on a form approved or provided by the Executive Director which demonstrates:
1) the applicant has been granted an Organization License by the Commission,
2) the applicant is eligible, under the Act, to be a Recipient Racetrack Gaming Licensee, and
3) there is a Participating Tribe(s) within a radius of twenty (20) miles of the applicant's racing Enclosure that is operating Authorized Games under a Model Compact. The applicant must submit the required license fee with the application.
