Section 325:55-1-9 - Fire prevention

An organization licensee shall make adequate provision for fire prevention, protection against fire, and fire suppression within the enclosure in accordance with the provisions of this Title and requirements of the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal Commission. Prior to commencing construction, remodeling, or alteration of any of the facilities within the enclosure, plans and specifications shall be presented to the State Fire Marshal for approval. Every organization shall post in a conspicuous place in its stable area, the fire regulations applicable within the enclosure and such other postings as shall be required by the State Fire Marshal.
